Using the Setting Wizard Go to Menu → Setting Wizard . Use the Setting Wizard to configure your phone’s settings to enable you to use the browsers and to send and receive Multimedia Messages and e-mails. Because the Setting Wizard configures GPRS and other settings for WAP, MMS and Internet access, the application should be run before manually configuring any other browser or messaging settings. Ensure that all other applications are closed. Select Options → Open . When you run the application for the first time, you will be asked to accept the Disclaimer in the End User Licence Agreement. After accepting the Disclaimer, the Setting Wizard displays the instruction screen. Press OK to continue or Exit to return to the application menu. The Setting Wizard automatically detects your network operator by reading the details from your SIM card. If the Setting Wizard does not recognise your SIM card, you will be asked to select your country and network operator from a list. Select Options → Change to access the country list. Once the country is selected, you may then choose the network operator. Scroll down to highlight the Operator. Select Options → Change to access the network operator list. Once the country and operator have been chosen, select Options → OK . The Setting Wizard will then confirm that you want to create the settings for your chosen network operator. O Hekitoo, leitor do blog, enviou um tutorial bem legal para as pessoas que atualizam a ROM ou mudam de operadora e não conseguem mais acessar a internet 3G. Obs. Esse Tutorial serve para aparelhos celular da operadora Vivo porém se você tiver as configurações de sua operadora que podem ser facilmente obtidas pela internet ou por uma ligação esse tutorial pode ser adaptado facilmente. 1- Primeiro abra o menu e vá em Settings>Connections>Add a New Modem Connection 2- Defina o Nome da sua conexão pode ser qualquer uma a seu gosto 3- No select Modem coloque “Celular Line GPRS” 4- Clique em próximo Next lá você terá “Access point name” ou um texto com o da imagem, nesse campo você deve colocar o indereço correspondente a sua operadora. No caso da operadora vivo você terá que colocar “ sem aspas. 5- De próximo Next e aparecerá User name, no caso da vivo coloque o nome “vivo” sem aspas. 6- No campo Password coloque a senha “vivo” novamente sem aspas. 7- Não é necessário colocar o “Domain” 8- Aperte em Finish 9- Logo após desligue seu aparelho celular 10-Retire sua bateria e logo em seguida retire seu chip, aguarde 15 segundos e recoloque o chip e a bateria, e religue seu celular e pronto! Home News Computing Nokia look set to make move into laptops Nokia phones – portable computers Nokia has confirmed that it is looking to move into the laptop market, as the gap between phone and computer narrows. Rumours of the Finns entering the laptop market, likely in the low-cost netbook area, have been gathering mengkudu in recent years, especially after the sudden withdrawal of its N810 internet tablet. Speaking to Finnish national broadcaster YLE, Chief Executive Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo confirmed that the company was actively’ looking to make laptops.
